By accessing our website or engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services
   Oh Yes Events provides event management solutions across four verticals:
   • Corporate Events
   • Weddings & Social Celebrations
   • Green Tech Events
   • Concerts & Live Shows
2. Client Responsibilities
   The Client agrees to:
   • Provide accurate event details and documentation.
   • Obtain necessary licenses, permits, or permissions (where applicable).
   • Ensure timely approvals, payments, and cooperation.
   • Be responsible for conduct and safety of attendees.
3. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
   
   • Advance payments are non-refundable unless specified in the event contract.
   • Balance payments must be cleared as per agreed timelines.
   • Cancellations: Written notice is required. Refunds (if applicable) will follow project-specific contracts.
   • Event postponements are subject to availability and may incur rescheduling fees.
4. Vendors & Third Parties
   We may engage vendors, artists, performers, caterers, decorators, venues, etc. on behalf of clients.
   Oh Yes Events is not liable for failure, negligence, or delays by third-party vendors, though we will coordinate to resolve issues.
5. Force Majeure
   We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including: natural disasters, strikes, accidents, government restrictions, pandemics, or unforeseen emergencies.
6. Intellectual Property
   All content, logos, event concepts, and materials belong to Oh Yes Events & Manpower Solutions Pvt Ltd and Oh Yes Events LLC, Dubai.
   Use, reproduction, or modification without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability & Indemnity
   Oh Yes Events’ liability is limited to the total service fees paid by the Client.
   We are not responsible for:
   • Losses due to event cancellations beyond our control.
   • Personal injury, property damage, or theft during events.
   • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   Clients agree to indemnify Oh Yes Events against claims arising from attendee conduct, venue rules, or third-party disputes.
8. Insurance & Safety
   Clients are encouraged to obtain event insurance covering cancellation, property damage, and public liability.
   We follow industry-standard safety protocols, but final responsibility rests with the Client.
9. Third-Party Links
   Our website may link to external sites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    Indian law governs contracts executed in India.
    UAE law applies to contracts executed in Dubai/UAE.
    Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If unresolved, arbitration under applicable jurisdiction will apply.
11. Modifications
    We may amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
